Absolutely yummy way to prepare your Brussels Sprouts.  This incredible vegetable was on my “uck” list most of my life.  Then when I discovered roasted and seasoned recipes I was hooked.  Try this one and you will agree that it is terrific!

Ingredients:

1 lb Brussels Sprouts
3 Tablespoons butter (Kerrygold)
1 medium onion – chopped
3/4 teaspoons caraway seeds
1/8 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
1/2 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice
Salt & Pepper to taste
(Optional – add crumbled bacon prior to baking)

Directions:

In medium pan, saute onion and caraway in butter till soft. Clean and shred brussels sprouts. Mix together with onion mixture and add garlic, salt, and pepper. Place into glass baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice and vinegar. Bake at 350° F for 15 – 20 minutes or until sprouts are well browned.
