Christine’s Low Carb Creamy Chicken

Ingredients:

1 pint sour cream

1 tablespoon dried onion flakes (toasted if you can find them)

1 tablespoon beef bouillon

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon pepper

2 packages frozen broccoli (cooked)

2 cups cooked chicken (cut into large chunks)

1 cup heavy cream (whipped)

2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

 

Directions:

Combine sour cream and spices.  Place broccoli in to a greased casserole and evenly arrange.  Spoon ½ of the sour cream mixture over broccoli.  Place chicken over sauce to cover sour cream.  Add whipped cream to remaining sour cream mixture.  Spread over all.  Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top.  Bake at 275° for 20 minutes.
