I love great salads but so many of the commercial dressings have sugar and chemicals that we typically like to avoid. Even though the oil is a bit pricy – my hazelnut dressing is so awesome that you will want to use it every day!!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Tablespoons stone ground (brown) mustard
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Himalayan Pink salt
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
Freshly ground pepper to taste
1 cup hazelnut oil

Directions:

Blend all ingredients with an immersion blender. Keeps well when refrigerated.
