Baked Eggs – a classic breakfast – perfect for Low Carbing!

INGREDIENTS

4 Large Eggs

4 teaspoons butter

4 Tablespoons Heavy Cream

Himalayan Salt to taste

Chives – chopped

4 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F

Coat inside of 4 custard cups with 1 Tablespoon each of butter

Carefully break 1 egg into each custard cup

Drizzle 1 Tablespoon of Heavy Cream around each egg

Salt & Pepper to taste

Sprinkle 1 Tablespoon each of Parmesan Cheese

Place custard cups on to a small cookie sheet

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes – until egg becomes set

Remove from oven & sprinkle chopped chives on top.

Let cool for 5 minutes – then dig in and Enjoy!

Custard cups are recommended but a great muffin pan works well too!
